Dear Mr. President,

       First of all, I would like to greet you a pleasant morning/evening. I am Mary Jane Velasco a fourth year level in our beloved school. We all know that we are suffering or encountering problems in our school, first comprt room, second school facilities, third classrooms, fourth chairs. I'm a concern student of our school that can express my feelings how could our school be competitive. some students are not responsible enough for doing or following the school rules. For example, proper using of comport rooms , the students are allow to use the comport rooms. The students should flash the toilet after using,we should maintain the proper hygiene so that it cannot cause sickness because what is important to the student is a good health. School facilities,it would be nice to have a complete facilities in our school so that the students can work or do their activities better. Next is the classrooms and chairs, we all know that we have a lack of classrooms and chairs, how could a students concentrate on their studies w/o a conducive classrooms and enough chairs. 
        We are hoping that you can give actions and solutions regarding to our school problems.
