CHANGE: IT STARTS/BEGIN WITH ME

There is much talk in the spiritual communities about how the world that I see outside of myself is a reflection of the world that is inside me. Part of the journey to peace, love, and happiness, is understanding that I am not always able to recognise my part in the creation of my life.
Our perceptions of the world are in fact what dictate what we see unfold in front of us. So, it follows that if my perception is that the world is a frightening place to be, I will live in fear. I will see events that keep occurring that will justify my fear, because I unconsciously look at the world through filters that seek out what I believe. I need to learn to not be scared. If I am an angry person, I will attract to myself a world where other people, places and things make me angry and will be angry at me. I need to learn to find out why I am angry and process my anger, and as I do so, I will see that the world outside of me becomes less angry. If I am full of love, and believe that the world is a safe and happy place to be, then the environment around me will be full of loving people and events.
We are controlled by a part of our brain that we are not aware of- the unconscious mind. From the ages of 0-4, a young mind is like a sponge and it absorbs everything around it, and the unconscious mind stores the information for future reference. As we continue to go through life, we add meaning to the events, and this is also stored for future reference.
An example of this would be playing in a paddling pool. For one child, a paddling pool is a real treat, fun, and something to run and splash around in. For another child, the paddling pool can be really frightening because the child slipped and hurt itself once, and so now associates paddling pools with pain.
The paddling pool does not change, but our perception of the paddling pool is different, depending on our experiences. The unconscious brain is like a stuck record and is always trying to keep us safe. With the association of pain with a paddling pool, it thinks that all paddling pools cause pain, and so sends the message to the child to stay away. Is this in fact true? Is playing in a paddling pool always dangerous? No. However, the child will probably go through life missing out on fun in other pools, because of the association between pain and paddling pools.
What would have been helpful for the child would have been for a really understanding adult to validate the child's fear. Then explain to the child that although it did happen to them once, paddling pools can be fun. And finally teach the child to play in the pool safely, and thus the association is dispelled. Also, offering an explanation that we do fall over and hurt ourselves from time to time, and that this is just being part of being human, and that it is ok. Of course, this is the ideal, but so often we are not conscious of where our belief systems come from and so are unable to stop them forming.
Our societies are riddled with issues around trust, fear, anger, grief, victim mentality, blame, depression, anxiety, and addictions. The path to recovery from these issues and others is to go within and find out what is actually true as opposed to what we have deduced from the environment that we grew up in. Once you have established what really happened, it is advisable to find a way to safely process your issues.
When we do begin the path to a spiritual way of living, one very important aspect of the growth is to really begin to look at what you actually believe, either consciously or unconsciously. Does what you believe benefit your life, bringing you peace and joy, or does it make you miserable and keep you small?
Most of our belief systems come from other people. These include parental figures, family, friends, school teachers, pupils, religion.....we really do absorb a large proportion of other peoples' opinions in our life time, and they do not always suit who we are or what we want to achieve.
What do you believe and is it true for you? Take a look at the aspirations and expectations of your mother and father figures- are they very similar to your own? What are their opinions about money, religion, success, relationships? Do you have the same opinions, even though you think that you want different things in life?
Begin to unravel what your values are. What you are passionate about? What makes your heart sing? What do you aspire to be? What is your authentic truth? This will be different for everyone. There really only is one you on the planet and you have been given gifts and talents to help you to be the best you that you can be. You can discover that other people may not necessarily value what you hold dear to the same degree as you do. You begin to learn that you do not need other peoples' approval because you are living in integrity with your own truth.
Spiritual growth is a journey into self-discovery and self- acceptance. Each person's journey takes as long as it takes. There are many different approaches to spiritual growth, and all of them are valid. This journey is an individual one that takes time and courage. We learn to love and respect ourselves and to teach others how to respect us too. We learn to listen to our intuition and to seek out people who share our commitment to improving ourselves.
In a society that has become addicted to the quick fix, this journey is the exact opposite. There are no short cuts to spiritual growth. The rewards are peace, love, and joy. To reach these goals, we need to search inside and to make friends with each and every part of us, especially the parts that we dislike. Secular society seems to have lost its appeal and the overwhelming evidence is that worldwide, we are seeking to redress the balance, to live in integrity. What is your vision of the world? Would you like it to be filled with peace, love, and joy? The choice is yours, and it always starts with me and that is so called “CHANGE

MY DREAM, MY FUTURE

I have been stimulating by my dream, from the day I knew why I came into the world to so far and even in future, which making me different from others. It is a goal, an aim, a direction for my life. It is not strange from outside, but from inside. It is to be a Great police woman. Perhaps no one believes that there is crimes in such modern society. I have to tell you, however, today's civilization, modernization  is based on people's labour, yes, and it is, but which is not only on the physical labour, the more important is on the mental and spiritual labour----the thought?. If there is no thought on the earth, what will happen? I can't imagine such a devastating scene and I think no one would be willing to fancy. What we inherit from our ancestors are wealth, knowledge and dream----our ancestors dream. They devoted themselves to building our society, which was not for themselves but for the descendants. They had viewed it because their society existed some outstanding police woman or police man. That's why crimes had been developed. I am not scholar, not great woman and not saint. I am just a citizen as same as you. However, I have a dream and I believe both we have. A dream for our life. A dream for our goal. A dream for our hope. And my dream is give our descendant a dream. While  “The world is flat” so there are many reasons for people to consider that our country is more and more exciting, comfortable, interesting in the future. But in my own opinion, the future will be more frightening than it is exciting. Because of the following reasons. first, because of developing of technology, economics, the increasing of population therefore human race will need more the natural resource and certainly, we have to speed up the manipulative actions. As a result, that resource will come into exhaustion because everything has its limit and in the future, I think the next generation will be harder to live and exist. Besides the above consequence, the effect of the uncontrolled exploitation is being the reason of the Act of God as flood, mudslide, flood side etc., which causes many disasters for the living of people all over the world. For example, the uncontrolled exploitation here in our country specially in national central region (NCR) has caused many flood slide, mudslide and many people killed by this disasters. Secondly, the development of economics as well as the industrialization, modernization’s in the developing countries will more and more form many urban zone, new cities, manufactures, industrial zones. Besides the consequence of improving the living standard for many people, they will also lead the world to the hardship such as house-glass effect, environmental pollution, water pollution, the global warming etc,. Especially, these phenomenon are impacting on the world gradually and we can not feel or see it quickly that the society have no specific solutions to solve them without a police man or police woman in a certain places. Obviously, the above “heritages” that we leave over, are too heavy for our next generation in the future. So we have to learn what’s for best for our society, family, and our future as well.

VALUES AND SUCCESS

The important values have been greatly influenced by my family . My values include family, education, religion, and freedom. The belief’s I have are important because they shape the way I live my life in a way that I think is desirable to me and those around me. I believe that to value something is to assign love and importance to its family. I have had the fortune of being raised in a strong family background. I have two loving parents that have always supported me and taught me life's lessons while also letting me develop my own morals and values by their example. Their love for me has shown me great examples of how to be kind and loving toward others. My family has also placed me in a great environment, surrounded by people who care and are very loving. I don't know where I would be without the support of my family. I feel a lot of American teenagers miss out on that nowadays. So many teens are lost without family guidance. I feel very lucky to be very close to my own family. It is where I get a lot of my source of strength and confidence. They have taught all of the essential values that will aid me in making the right decisions. that’s what I understand about values while success is anyway what is success? The definition of success I believe is very personal and will be different for everyone. I may have lived only sixteen years of the eighty years I might go on to live, but I think I know enough to distinguish what success is. In the book Death of a Salesman by Arthur miller, writes about an old salesman, full with expectations from one of his older son, Biff. He imagines Biff will do great things and accomplish goals he himself has yet to strive for. I think success is something accomplished over time. Over this course of time you gain knowledge and endure obstacles with patients and hardship. It's all about how hard you try in your life, even if you have failed, your struggle to strive for success is so great you will feel no remorse. I agree success is partly the attainment of a steady pay check that allows you to afford your life style. Moreover success is something that is more then just a goal in life. You may have everything but still not be happy nor satisfied. Success is your pay check because that is what makes you happy, and that is what makes you who you want to be. You have got to ask yourself what you want to be when you grow up.

THE STATE OF THE NATION ADDRESS OF OUR BELOVED PRESIDENT BENIGNO "NOYNOY" AQUINO

I  think that his SONA ( State of the Nation Address) is quite dry. When you are informing the public, the true state of he matters in the government you should offer to proposed solution for the problem. We can't solve problems if we can't offer solutions. There ere thing not said but has been done. Noynoy administration response to criminal action by the MWSS (Marine Wing Support Squadron) trustees and NFA ( National Futures Association) officials shoud be ie the court already.
Our country need a respective actions and cooperation. We should not always depend on what can the government do for us but what can we do for the government. We cannot change neither improved the country in just a blink of an eye. We should remember the begin in ourselves.

PROGRESS THE BREASTFEEDING RIGHT, ENOUGH AND EXLUSIVE

breast milk is the only natural.complete and complex nutrition for human infants. it has been scientifically proved that breast milk is benefits every system in the baby's body. it offers protection against allergies and respiratory infections and its composition keeps pace with the infants individual growth and changing nutritional needs. It is easily digested and absorbed and therefore abdominal pains are frequent. childhood diabetes is less common among breastfeed than bottle for babies. What is more, breastfeeding enhances the cognitive development because it allows the baby more control in feeding. The composition of breast milk, too, seems to support optimal brain development. The critical importance that all mothers make the informed decision to provide human milk for their infants in order to protect the baby's health and to promote a very special bond between mother and child which only a mother can provide.
